Can anyone tell me about your experience using the insurance?
Hey @Hope ! Todd and I have this plan and we've been on it since August. The plan launched for Road Life Project group members in July but has been around for several years. We have enjoyed it so far and we work closely with our agent, Coleen, over at RV Insurance Benefits to help us in learning how to take advantage of the great features on the plan. I recently went to a doctors visit and I was able to present my cards just like normal on my former employer paid insurance plan and I left with a $35 bill. Worked well and we are going to continue to use it. You really will want to reach out and get a quote. The agents are very personable and can answer all your questions. Thanks!

I signed up last month still waiting to receive my cards. So how long did it take before you receive your cards?

Steven it took us about 15 days. Have you asked your agent to follow up?
Yes I have and it has been 19 days now, so if I need to use the plan I have no proof of have health insurance.

We were investigating your healthcare option a month ago but now we have been informed that you are no longer affiliated with Philadelphia American Life Insurance Company. Can you explain what happened and what the new option will be?
We are changing insurance agencies due to the customer service needs we have and will announce those options soon!
